What is True Tea?

All true tea comes from the plant camelia sinensis. The oxidation process determines the type of tea- white, green, oolong, black or pu-er.

Our company takes its name from Donna Summer’s 1976 album “The Four Seasons of Love”. According to traditional Chinese medicine, tea is best experienced in tune with the seasons. We categorize our teas by the season in which they are best enjoyed.
